We're upgrading Online Banking and the mobile app to bring you a more secure, modern, and streamlined experience.

This fall, Elements Financial is upgrading your Online Banking and mobile app to an improved Digital Banking experience — more consistent, more streamlined, and built with you in mind. You spoke, we heard. This upgrade brings together the great features of your current Online Banking, mobile app, card controls, and statements — all within a more modern, integrated Digital Banking experience.

What's Improving

Here's a look at what you'll find when the upgrade arrives:

A Fresh, Modern Look

The improved design offers an enhanced experience that looks and works the same whether you're using Digital Banking online or through the mobile app.

Personalized Dashboard

You're in control. Set your profile picture, organize your accounts, display only what you need, and more.

Integrated Card Controls

Card management is now built right into Digital Banking — no separate app needed.

Centralized Statements & Documents

All your statements and documents are now available in a single, centralized hub — including account, credit card, and mortgage statements, loan bills, tax forms, and notices.

Savings Goals

Set and track your savings goals to keep you on course for your next vacation, home upgrade, or any other goal.

Shared Access

Give a trusted family member or accountant access to your account without sharing your login credentials.

Consolidated Money Movement

Most transfers and loan payments are now in one convenient form — including payments to credit cards and most loans.

Secure Messaging

Have a question? Reach our support team through a convenient, secure messaging system right inside Digital Banking.


What Stays the Same

  • Your accounts, balances, and transaction history
  • Your existing username and password (you'll complete a simple one-time verification the first time you log in)
  • Mobile check deposits
  • Quicken and QuickBooks access (note: there may be a brief delay of a few days while connections are re-established after launch)

Features Being Retired

The following features will no longer be available after the upgrade. Where possible, an improved alternative is available within Digital Banking.

  • Desktop Remote Deposit Capture (retail members) — mobile deposit remains available through the mobile app
  • CardSwap
  • ClickSwitch 
  • The separate Card Control by Elements app — card controls will now built into Digital Banking
