We’re upgrading Elements Digital Banking to a faster, more intuitive experience for managing your money. Starting September 8 at 9 AM ET, digital banking will move to a view-only experience while we complete the upgrade; the new platform is back up and ready the morning of September 9. This page walks through what’s changing, organized into three parts: signing in and managing your security, getting to know your new dashboard, and everyday banking tasks. Each section below is paired with a short how-to video.

Login & Self-Service

1. First-Time Sign On

You'll keep using the same username and password you use today β€” there's no new app to download. Just update your existing Elements app from the App Store or Google Play, or go to the Elements Digital Banking website. The first time you sign in after the upgrade, you'll verify your identity and create a new password before you're in.

  • Update your existing Elements app (no new download), or sign in at the new site
  • Select "Get Started" and verify your identity with a text, email, or phone call code
  • Create and confirm your new password
  • Already done for you: funds transfers, automatic payments, and account nicknames carry over automatically
  • Set up again after you sign in: alerts, card controls, and budgeting categories/history
